Boliye is operated by Kris Konsulting. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By registering for or using Boliye, you agree to the practices described here.

Your name, phone number and email address when you register.
Messages, enquiries and feedback you send us.

Information collected automatically

Technical data such as your IP address and approximate geo-location.
Device and browser details, and how you use the course (which modules and features you access).

Payment information

When checkout goes live, payments will be handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card or bank details on our systems.

2. Why we use it

To provide and manage your access and account.
To verify your identity and protect against account sharing and misuse. This is why we log IP address, approximate location and access patterns, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
To process payments and meet accounting and tax (GST) obligations.
To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
To understand and improve the course and the service.
To send you service-related messages, and, only with your consent, occasional updates about Boliye.

3. Your consent

By registering, you consent to this use of your information. When you send us a message through the contact form, you agree to be contacted by email or phone about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop sending you non-essential updates at any time.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary: with trusted service providers who help us run Boliye (for example hosting, email and payment processing), under confidentiality obligations, and where we are required to by law. All Boliye data is controlled by Kris Konsulting.

5. Cookies and local storage

Boliye may use essential cookies or local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as your choice of script), and keep the service secure. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long afterwards as we need to for legal, accounting and tax purposes. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

8. Your rights

In line with applicable Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or raise a concern about how it is handled. To make a request, email hello@boliye.in from your registered address and we will assist you.

9. Children

Boliye is intended for general learners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without appropriate consent from a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page.
