Refund Policy

Last updated June 2026. Applies to direct registrations during the Boliye Beta.

We want you to feel confident starting out, so a limited refund is available on your very first registration. Please read the conditions below carefully.

First registration

A refund of 90% of your registration fee (we retain 10% to cover processing and setup) is available only if both of the following are true:

• You request the refund within one week (7 days) of your first registration, and
• You have accessed no more than one module at the time of your request.

When a refund is not available

• If you have accessed more than one module.
• If your request is made after one week (7 days) from registration.
• Quarterly extensions and annual plans are non-refundable in all cases.

Access ended for misuse

Where access is suspended or terminated because of misuse, as described in our Terms & Conditions, no refund is due.

How to request a refund

Email hello@boliye.in from your registered email address, within the eligible window, and we will guide you through it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. GST is handled as applicable.
