These Terms govern your use of Boliye, a language-learning service operated by Kris Konsulting. By registering for or using Boliye, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Boliye provides self-paced, online language-learning modules (currently Marathi) and the Boliye Abhyas practice tool. Content is provided for personal language learning. The service is currently in Beta, so features and content may change, and occasional issues may occur. Feedback you share may be used to improve the product.
To access the course you register with a valid phone number and email address. You are responsible for providing accurate details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not let anyone else use your account.
Boliye is a single-user product. Each registration is for one named individual only. You may not share, lend, resell, sublicense or transfer your account, login or access to anyone else, and you may not use one registration to teach or relay the content to other people.
For groups, each learner must have their own registration. Team and company rates are available for this purpose.
To protect against account sharing and other misuse, Kris Konsulting may track and log technical information, which may include IP addresses and approximate geo-location, along with device and access patterns.
If misuse is found, including but not limited to account sharing, simultaneous use by more than one person, or access patterns indicating shared use, Kris Konsulting may suspend or terminate your access without notice and without any refund. The determination of whether misuse has occurred is at the sole discretion of Kris Konsulting, and that decision is final.
Fees are as set out on the Pricing page and are payable in advance. All fees are exclusive of GST, which is added at the applicable rate (currently 18%). Access is granted for the period you have paid for. These are Beta launch prices and may change for future periods.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Quarterly extensions and annual plans are non-refundable.
All content, curriculum, audio, text, software and other materials in Boliye are owned by Kris Konsulting or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access this content for your own learning during your paid period. You may not copy, record, download (except as the product allows), reproduce, redistribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any part of it without prior written permission.
Kris Konsulting may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, in particular the single-user and acceptable-use conditions. Where access is ended for misuse, no refund is due.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to make Boliye effective, we do not guarantee any particular learning outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kris Konsulting's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid for the period in question, and Kris Konsulting is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. In any matter of interpretation, eligibility, misuse or dispute relating to access, the decision of Kris Konsulting shall be final.
